The fair’s terms of use

1. Who runs the fair

These terms govern your use of peachorchardfair.com ("Peach Orchard Fair", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of peachorchardfair.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may play at the fair

Peach Orchard Fair is for users aged 19 or over and nobody younger. Using the site is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Festival coins (virtual)

• Every game runs on virtual coins, given out without charge.
• Festival coins hold no monetary value, and they are not money, credit or property.
• You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes, and the games contain no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is offered at the fair.
• The fair may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever it needs to.

4. No real money at any stall

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Peach Orchard Fair, which also does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your fair account

• Past the open one, the two remaining worlds need a free account. Keep to one account per person and do not share yours.
• Do not tell anyone your password, and let us know right away if somebody else has used your account.
• From your account page you can delete your account whenever you choose; deletion takes effect immediately and is permanent.
• We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or any account we believe belongs to someone under 19.
• Your coins, levels and missions are tied to the fair account, are not property you own, and may be reset.

6. Conduct on the fairground

You must not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins in trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Fair opening hours and liability

We provide the site ‘as is’ and may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Liability that the law says cannot be limited is not limited by these terms, and your statutory rights remain untouched.

8. Which law governs

The laws of the Province of Ontario govern these terms, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
